Having previously looked after both my Mum & Dad, one having frontal lobe dementia and the other with pulmonary fibrosis, I found a great passion for looking after people, especially the most vulnerable in our society. I have worked in nursing homes and gained great experience with personal care but have also seen how important it is to try and keep our loved ones in their own environment for as long as possible.
