I'm an online mindset and personal development coach. I love empowering my clients to improve their confidence and self-worth. As I'm self employed I'm flexible with time and I'd love to contribute more to elderly. I've volunteered with Alone, Oblate Youth Service in Lourdes, looked after friends grandmothers, ran myown beauty salon for ten years with quite a lot of mature clients - some house calls etc, I was a child minder for five years also so I've plenty of experience in caring and nurturing roles.
