I have had hospital experience, including Damentia and Mental Health. I find myself to be a caring and considerate indervidual doing my best at any task given. I think when caring for an elderly person, it's important to make sure that they feel safe and cared for at all times. Being a genuine friend, and finding out their interests, I think is also important. When working, I would like to make sure the house looks and feels clean, doing general housekeeping along the way.
