I'm a highly experienced and skilled healthcare professional, having trained and worked in the clinical and counseling fields for many years: first as a nurse in London and then as a counselor, before gaining my doctorate in depth psychology and consciousness studies with a specialization in dreams. During my nursing years, I felt especially drawn to hospice and palliative care and while working on my Ph.D., continued to nurse and worked privately as a home hospice provider. After graduating, I worked as a spiritual and psychological care practitioner in hospice and palliative care for several years (in an acute in-patient medical center in Ireland), and then went on to work as a clinical healthcare chaplain, providing spiritual care in acute, urgent, critical, crisis, emergency and palliative care in hospitals. Currently, I am working as an independent practitioner and love to be able to care for people in their homes, as well within diverse clinical and therapeutic contexts.
