I have 8 years' experience in healthcare, including 5 years working in a hospital and previous experience providing home care. I hold a QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support and currently work as a Healthcare Assistant, looking for some extra caregiving work. Over the years I have cared for people with dementia, Parkinson's disease, stroke, reduced mobility, palliative care needs, and many other medical conditions. I have experience with personal care, washing and dressing, hoisting, mobility assistance, continence care, medication prompts, meal preparation, companionship, and supporting clients with their daily routines.
