Hi All My name is Evan I started out at working for home instead mainly working with palliative care clients and PHNs etc when Clients were at the end of life. Working every evening and weekends after school while completing my qualifications in healthcare and phlebotomy . I then proceeded to work for another private company after school in specialised disability care for both Adults and young children from 5 right up to 100+ caring for those with MS , Strokes , brain injuries and Autism. I also have experience working in many different hospitals and Nursing homes around the country that I completed through an agency. I now work full time in the operations side of healthcare working closely with the home support office and PHN to facilitate home care for a private company so I fully understand how Home-care systems in Ireland operate. Regarding rate of pay . I understand that people don't want home care for the crack I am willing to discuss based on what people can afford etc. I am happy to care for people in the evening/weekends or on my days off usually 3 each week so please feel free to reach out if you need anything and we will go from there.....
